If you are a Promis Life customer and you need help with your policy our Customer Care team is here to support and guide you. We hope there aren't any issues but if you would like to make a complaint contact us on the details below. Further information about the complaints process can be found in Section 13 in the Plan Terms & Conditions which you can read here. If you need to make a claim for the Funeral Protection Promis or the Over 50s Life Insurance Promis there is a link to the claim form below and further details on making a claim can be found here.
