We’ve made a Promis to help you give a final gift of love to your family after you’ve gone, and that’s exactly what we’re going to do. We hope you find the information you need here, but if you do need something, here is a guide of what to do.
How do I speak to someone?

If you’d like to speak to us about an existing Plan, please call a member of our Customer Care teams

If you have a Funeral Protection Plan call us on 0800 907 0800, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 1pm (except public holidays).

If you have an Over 50's Insurance Promis Plan call us on 0800 907 0800, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 1pm (except public holidays).

If you have a Life Insurance Promis call us on 0800 061 2174, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm (except public holidays).

Concerned about pre-paid funeral plans?

Our policies are not pre-paid funeral plans, they are life insurance policies that pay out a cash lump sum directly to your family, they chose how and where it is spent. This gives your family flexibility at a difficult time to spend the money however they choose.

Rest assured that your policy benefit is protected under UK law. We are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), unlike pre-paid funeral plans. This means your Promis Life policy will be protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS); so if an insurer goes bust or cannot meet their commitments the FSCS will arrange for a like for like policy to replace it for you, or up to 100% compensation.

How do I change my plan by phone?

It’s very important to keep all your details up to date. If any of your details have changed, or if you want to make changes to your plan, please get in touch with us so we can update our records. Please contact us
